Free Shipping to EU & USA & Canada

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Orders under $150 - € 150

USA & EU & Canada orders: $15- €15 flat rate under $150 - € 150

International orders: Depends on the country they're ordering from.The cart will automatically calculate the cost of UPS and DHL international shipping.


Shipping all over Turkey 
Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 1-3 business days after purchase. 30 TL

Timing

Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 2-7 business days after purchase.

International shipping: Estimated arrival times and free shipping do not apply.

Orders are only processed and shipped on business days, excluding public holidays.  

Tracking information is provided. 

When you receive your cargo, we kindly ask you to check the package integrity and, if you observe any damage in the product package, fill in a damage assessment form with the cargo employee.

Incorrect Address

SUMMER Lane is not responsible for additional charges or delays that arise because of addresses being entered incorrectly.


RETURNS 

SUMMER Lane, we want you to be satisfied with your shopping, but please pay attention to the following points in order to exercise your right of withdrawal from our products for any reason and to ensure that the product amount you have paid is transferred back to you without any problems.


If the fabric, label, box and packaging of our products are not damaged and our product has not lost its resalable feature, you can return it to us with the invoice.


Products that have been used, and whose packaging has been damaged, will not be accepted.


If you are sure that the products you want to return comply with the return conditions, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to info@summer-lane.com explaining your reason for the return.



Returns - Faults 

We offer a 1 month warranty on all SUMMER Lane products caused from faults and defects in manufacturing process . To obtain a refund for a faulty product, please contact us at info@summer-lane.com and attach images of the faulty product. Our customer service team will assess and get back to you shortly. Please note, damage caused by misuse and negligent use will void your warranty.

Please provide proof of the product fault.
